Come enjoy a social evening outside Under the Tent! Each person will enjoy a total of 2 dozen oysters. We’re choosing 6 varieties of our favorite raw on the half shell oysters, as well as grilled oysters from the across the country. Learn the difference in taste and texture of the oysters from the regions that they come from. Experiment with different sauces. We’ll even teach you how to shuck your own oysters from a professional oyster shucker. In addition to enjoying 2 dozen oysters, we will provide local sweet corn on the cob, roasted baby red potatoes and tea/lemonade.
